Robert Lowrey himself has played a role in the storied history of these fine instruments, originally manufactured in Toronto in the first half of the 20^th century. Now made in China at a highly sophisticated piano manufacturing facility, Robert Lowrey thinks highly enough of the instruments to give Heintzman pianos a dedicated showroom. The scale design and manufacturing techniques are from the original instruments, painstakingly updated to 21^st century standards, and made with Canadian spruce soundboards and German hammers.  These superbly made instruments have extraordinary tone and beauty for an excellent price, and will become family treasures for generations.
