Piano tuning only attends to the piano's strings; the pianos complex mechanical system also requires periodic servicing. Our outside service people are also technicians, who can attend to servicing other than simple tuning.

As pianos age they may require more extensive repair including perhaps complete restoration. We are uniquely qualified to handle every form of repair, from simple "in-home" work, to the most demanding restorations in our state - of - the -art workshops.

Whenever a piano requires more involved work, Robert Lowrey will perform an appraisal. There are so many variables that must be taken into consideration, that he prefers to assume this responsibility.
